All this snow has got me in a holiday mood. And holidays mean sweets.
- White Chocolate Pudding with Pomegranate Seeds. I love white chocolate. I know it’s not real chocolate. But I still love it.
- Kahlua Date Nut Bread. The Maine version might involve Allen’s Coffee Brandy instead. (Seriously. Mainers love their Allen’s.)
- Rocky Road, great for holiday giving
- White Hot Chocolate. Did I mention I like white chocolate? This makes me nostalgic for the Hot Vanilla at Toscanini’s.
- Low Fat Brownie Bites, a low fat food that I might actually want to eat
- Cranberry Chocolate Squares: another fabulous use for cranberries.
Eat up. And don’t forget to brush your teeth.
